Marist St Pats serious about growing women’s rugby, NZ Rugby should follow or risk decline

Despite rugby’s global renaissance and positive outlook, some countries – Japan, Poland, Belgium, Fiji – are finding that their growth prospects now hinge entirely on growing the women’s game.
